Home gym and media room air conditioning in Carmarthen
In South and Mid Wales, efficient heating is often as important as cooling. Basement and garage rooms in Carmarthen usually need a quick check of the supply and the drainage route before quoting.
Garage gyms and media rooms in Carmarthen often face the same problem: thin walls and a lot of heat from people and equipment. We cover Carmarthen and the rest of Dyfed, including Llanelli and Ammanford. Homes in SA31 are all within our coverage.

Planning and permissions
Since 1 June 2026, Welsh permitted development rules for outdoor units closely match England's: up to 1.5 m³, two units on a detached home, one on other homes, and MCS 020a noise compliance. Listed buildings need consent, and conservation areas have extra restrictions on units facing a road.
The survey
Surveys in Carmarthen cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare. At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote.
