Home gym and media room air conditioning across Clwyd
For a home cinema in Wrexham, we place the indoor unit so airflow stays away from the screen and seating. Basement and garage rooms in Wrexham usually need a quick check of the supply and the drainage route before quoting. Mild North Wales summers mean heat pump heating is usually the headline benefit.

If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Planning and permissions
Since 1 June 2026, Welsh permitted development rules for outdoor units closely match England's: up to 1.5 m³, two units on a detached home, one on other homes, and MCS 020a noise compliance. Listed buildings need consent, and conservation areas have extra restrictions on units facing a road.
The survey
At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote. Surveys in Clwyd cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare.
