Home gym and media room air conditioning in Brechin
Scottish summers are mild, so most systems here are chosen first for efficient heating, with cooling for warm spells. Basement and garage rooms in Brechin usually need a quick check of the supply and the drainage route before quoting.

Planning and permissions
Scotland has its own permitted development rules for heat pumps and outdoor units, with stricter treatment of listed buildings and conservation areas. We check the current position for your property with you and, if needed, with the council.
The survey
We book surveys in Brechin at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. On a survey in Brechin the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows.
