Heat load surveys and system design in Warwick
Every Warwick quote starts with a room-by-room survey rather than a guess from floor area. In the West Midlands, sizing for winter heating first and then checking summer cooling usually gives the best all-year system.
No two rooms in Warwick gain or lose heat in quite the same way, which is exactly why rooms are measured before sizing. Our Warwickshire coverage takes in Warwick, about 17 miles from Nuneaton. We cover CV34 and the streets around them.
Prices in Warwick
Our West Midlands guide price for heat load surveys and system design is £385–£1,195 for a standalone design pack, VAT included. That is broadly in line with national guide prices. Larger homes, more zones and full drawing sets for a builder are what move a design pack towards the upper figure. For reference, the Design pack option in Warwick (drawings and schedules for one home) usually comes to about £385–£795.

Planning and permissions
For most houses in Warwick, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote. The free survey is where the real price is set: room measurements, pipe and drain routes, electrical checks and the outdoor unit position, all written into your quote.
