Planning and permissions
In Scotland, planning conditions for outdoor units depend on the property type and location; conservation areas and listed buildings need particular care.
The survey
We book surveys in Alness at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. On a survey in Alness the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows.
