Garden room and home office air conditioning in Bangor, County Down
For a garden room in Bangor, the outdoor unit usually sits on a small stand behind the building. Damp Northern Ireland winters make a heat pump's dehumidifying mode useful well beyond the summer.
Garden offices used every day in Bangor need cooling in summer and efficient heat in winter. As well as Bangor itself, our County Down coverage takes in Newtownards, Newry and the towns around them. We cover BT19 and BT20 and the streets around them.

Planning and permissions
In Northern Ireland we confirm planning requirements for the outdoor unit on survey, especially for listed buildings and conservation areas.
The survey
Surveys in Bangor cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare. At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote.
