Garden room and home office air conditioning in Whitehaven
For a garden room in Whitehaven, the outdoor unit usually sits on a small stand behind the building. Milder summers in the North West mean designing for winter comfort as much as for a heatwave.
We check the armoured supply cable on every Whitehaven garden room before quoting. Whitehaven sits around 35 miles from Carlisle, inside our Cumbria area. We cover CA28 and the streets around them.

Planning and permissions
For most houses in Whitehaven, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
We book surveys in Whitehaven at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. On a survey in Whitehaven the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows.
