Floor console air conditioning in Bognor Regis
The South East sees some of the UK's warmest summer days, and south-facing rooms and conservatories feel it first. If your home in Bognor Regis is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit.
Where a room in Bognor Regis has deep cornicing or a picture rail, a console keeps the walls above it clear. We cover Bognor Regis as part of West Sussex, roughly 31 miles from Crawley. We cover PO21 and the streets around them.

Planning and permissions
In England, most houses can have an outdoor unit under permitted development if it is no larger than 1.5 m³, meets the MCS 020(a) noise limit of 37 dB(A) at the nearest neighbour's window, and there are no more than two on a detached house or one on other houses. Listed buildings need consent.
The survey
We book surveys in Bognor Regis at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. A survey in Bognor Regis usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes.
