Floor console air conditioning in Wantage
The South East sees some of the UK's warmest summer days, and south-facing rooms and conservatories feel it first. Where a house in Wantage has a bay window, a console can sit where the radiator was.
If your home in Wantage is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. Wantage lies roughly 13 miles from Oxford, and we cover it as part of Oxfordshire. We cover OX12 and the streets around them.

Planning and permissions
In England, most houses can have an outdoor unit under permitted development if it is no larger than 1.5 m³, meets the MCS 020(a) noise limit of 37 dB(A) at the nearest neighbour's window, and there are no more than two on a detached house or one on other houses. Listed buildings need consent.
The survey
Surveys in Wantage cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare. At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote.
