Floor console air conditioning across Moray
Where a house in Elgin has a bay window, a console can sit where the radiator was. If your home in Elgin is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. In the Highlands, Islands and the North East of Scotland, systems are sized for cold winter days first.

If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Planning and permissions
Outdoor units on Scottish homes can often be installed without a planning application, but the conditions differ from England's, so we confirm the rules for your property at survey.
The survey
We book surveys in Moray at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. On a survey in Moray the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows.
