Floor console air conditioning in Fleetwood
Where a house in Fleetwood has a bay window, a console can sit where the radiator was. North West summers are cooler, so many systems here earn their keep as efficient heaters, with cooling for the warmest weeks.
If your home in Fleetwood is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. Our Lancashire coverage takes in Fleetwood, about 17 miles from Preston. Coverage includes FY7.

If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Planning and permissions
For most houses in Fleetwood, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote. The free survey is where the real price is set: room measurements, pipe and drain routes, electrical checks and the outdoor unit position, all written into your quote.
