Floor console air conditioning across Lanarkshire
Where a room in Hamilton has deep cornicing or a picture rail, a console keeps the walls above it clear. If your home in Hamilton is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. Mild Scottish summers mean cooling matters most in conservatories, lofts and rooms with large windows.
Prices in Lanarkshire
Budget around £1,245–£2,695 per room including VAT for floor console air conditioning in and around Lanarkshire. Labour rates in Central and Southern Scotland keep this slightly under the national middle. Concealed pipework, access equipment for high walls and any electrical work are what push prices towards the upper figure. For reference, the Popular option in Lanarkshire (quieter console with Wi-Fi control for a living room) usually comes to about £1,595–£2,145.

If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Planning and permissions
