Floor console air conditioning in Fort William
Where a room in Fort William has deep cornicing or a picture rail, a console keeps the walls above it clear. In the Highlands, Islands and the North East of Scotland, systems are sized for cold winter days first.
If your home in Fort William is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. Fort William lies roughly 57 miles from Inverness, and we cover it as part of the Highlands. Homes in PH33 are all within our coverage.

Planning and permissions
Scotland has its own permitted development rules for heat pumps and outdoor units, with stricter treatment of listed buildings and conservation areas. We check the current position for your property with you and, if needed, with the council.
