Floor console air conditioning in Leven
In central and southern Scotland, heat pump heating is usually the main reason to install, especially in homes on electric heating. Where a house in Leven has a bay window, a console can sit where the radiator was.
If your home in Leven is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. We cover Leven as part of Fife, roughly 20 miles from Dunfermline. We cover KY8 and the streets around them.

Planning and permissions
In Scotland, planning conditions for outdoor units depend on the property type and location; conservation areas and listed buildings need particular care.
The survey
A survey in Leven usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes. The free survey is where the real price is set: room measurements, pipe and drain routes, electrical checks and the outdoor unit position, all written into your quote.
