Floor console air conditioning in Downpatrick
Damp Northern Ireland winters make a heat pump's dehumidifying mode useful well beyond the summer. Where a house in Downpatrick has a bay window, a console can sit where the radiator was.
If your home in Downpatrick is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. We cover Downpatrick as part of County Down, roughly 23 miles from Bangor, County Down. We cover BT30 and the streets around them.
Prices in Downpatrick

Planning and permissions
In Northern Ireland we confirm planning requirements for the outdoor unit on survey, especially for listed buildings and conservation areas.
The survey
On a survey in Downpatrick the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows. Surveys in Downpatrick cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare.
