Floor console air conditioning in Newton Abbot
Where a room in Newton Abbot has deep cornicing or a picture rail, a console keeps the walls above it clear. Damp South West winters make the dehumidifying side of a heat pump almost as useful as its cooling.
If your home in Newton Abbot is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. Newton Abbot lies roughly 26 miles from Plymouth, and we cover it as part of Devon. Coverage includes TQ12.
Prices in Newton Abbot

Planning and permissions
For most houses in Newton Abbot, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
The free survey is where the real price is set: room measurements, pipe and drain routes, electrical checks and the outdoor unit position, all written into your quote. We book surveys in Newton Abbot at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards.
