Floor console air conditioning in Wokingham
If your home in Wokingham is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. Hot spells reach the South East early, which makes spring the easiest time to arrange an installation.
Where a room in Wokingham has deep cornicing or a picture rail, a console keeps the walls above it clear. Wokingham sits around 7 miles from Reading, inside our Berkshire area. Postcode districts we cover here include RG40.

If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Planning and permissions
In England, most houses can have an outdoor unit under permitted development if it is no larger than 1.5 m³, meets the MCS 020(a) noise limit of 37 dB(A) at the nearest neighbour's window, and there are no more than two on a detached house or one on other houses. Listed buildings need consent.
The survey
At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote. On a survey in Wokingham the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows.
