Floor console air conditioning in Ellon
If your home in Ellon is bay-fronted or period, a console often suits it better than a high wall unit. In the Highlands, Islands and the North East of Scotland, systems are sized for cold winter days first.
Where a house in Ellon has a bay window, a console can sit where the radiator was. We cover Ellon as part of Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, roughly 15 miles from Aberdeen. Homes in AB41 are all within our coverage.

If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Planning and permissions
Scotland has its own permitted development rules for heat pumps and outdoor units, with stricter treatment of listed buildings and conservation areas. We check the current position for your property with you and, if needed, with the council.
The survey
A survey in Ellon usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes. On a survey in Ellon the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows.
