Air conditioning for extensions and kitchen-diners in West Bridgford
Summer peaks in the East Midlands make bedrooms under the roof the hardest rooms to keep comfortable. An extension in West Bridgford with a roof lantern or large glazed doors can overheat quickly on a sunny afternoon.
For a kitchen-diner in West Bridgford, we place the indoor unit clear of the hob and plan the outdoor unit at the rear. Our Nottinghamshire coverage takes in West Bridgford, about 2 miles from Nottingham. Coverage includes NG2.

Planning and permissions
For most houses in West Bridgford, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
A survey in West Bridgford usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes. Surveys in West Bridgford cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare.
