Ducted air conditioning in Corsham
In an older house in Corsham, the loft and any existing bulkheads decide whether a ducted layout will work. South West summers are milder on the coast, but sheltered towns and south-facing rooms still overheat, and efficient winter heating matters just as much.
For a renovation in Corsham, the best time to plan ducted cooling is before the plasterers arrive. Corsham is about 19 miles from Swindon and falls within our Wiltshire coverage. Postcode districts we cover here include SN13.

Planning and permissions
For most houses in Corsham, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
We book surveys in Corsham at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. A survey in Corsham usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes.
