Ducted air conditioning in Paignton
In the South West, a system that heats well through damp winters is often as valuable as summer cooling. In an older house in Paignton, the loft and any existing bulkheads decide whether a ducted layout will work.
Ducted systems suit Paignton loft conversions and new extensions where ceilings are being boarded anyway. Our Devon coverage takes in Paignton, about 26 miles from Plymouth. Postcode districts we cover here include TQ3.

What moves a quote in Paignton up or down is mostly pipe length, how high the outdoor unit goes, and whether a new electrical circuit is needed. Planning and permissions
For most houses in Paignton, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
We book surveys in Paignton at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote.
