Design-led and low-profile air conditioning in Hornchurch
The urban heat island effect means London bedrooms can stay uncomfortably warm on summer nights. Design-led units suit Hornchurch homes with feature walls or open-plan rooms where the unit is always in view.
For Hornchurch houses with decorated or panelled walls, a slim unit with concealed pipework keeps the room looking finished. We cover Hornchurch as part of London, roughly 15 miles from central London. We cover RM11 and RM12 and the streets around them.

If your installation qualifies, your quote shows 0% VAT and a lower price. Servicing, repairs, cleaning and controls are charged at 20%.
Planning and permissions
For most houses in Hornchurch, the outdoor unit is permitted development if it passes the MCS 020(a) noise check (37 dB(A) or less at the nearest neighbouring window) and stays within the size and number limits. We run that check on survey.
The survey
A survey in Hornchurch usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes. At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote.
