Design-led and low-profile air conditioning in Skegness
Summer peaks in the East Midlands make bedrooms under the roof the hardest rooms to keep comfortable. Design-led units suit Skegness homes with feature walls or open-plan rooms where the unit is always in view.
For Skegness houses with decorated or panelled walls, a slim unit with concealed pipework keeps the room looking finished. Skegness is about 37 miles from Lincoln and falls within our Lincolnshire coverage. Homes in PE25 are all within our coverage.

Planning and permissions
Since 29 May 2025, England's permitted development rules allow larger outdoor units (up to 1.5 m³) and no longer require a 1 m gap to the boundary, provided the MCS 020(a) noise check is met. Listed buildings and pitched-roof installs still need permission.
The survey
We book surveys in Skegness at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards. A survey in Skegness usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes.
