Design-led and low-profile air conditioning in Swadlincote
In Swadlincote, a flat-fronted unit is a neat way to add cooling to a living room without a bulky white box. The East Midlands gets warm, dry summer spells, and loft conversions and top-floor bedrooms are where the heat builds.
For Swadlincote houses with decorated or panelled walls, a slim unit with concealed pipework keeps the room looking finished. Swadlincote lies roughly 11 miles from Derby, and we cover it as part of Derbyshire. Homes in DE11 are all within our coverage.

Planning and permissions
Since 29 May 2025, England's permitted development rules allow larger outdoor units (up to 1.5 m³) and no longer require a 1 m gap to the boundary, provided the MCS 020(a) noise check is met. Listed buildings and pitched-roof installs still need permission.
The survey
At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote. We book surveys in Swadlincote at a time that suits you, including early evenings by arrangement, and send the written quote afterwards.
