Deep clean and odour treatment in Paisley
Homes near busy roads and kitchens around Paisley tend to need a deep clean more often. Long Scottish heating seasons make efficiency in cold, damp weather the thing to design around.
If an indoor unit in Paisley drips from the front, a blocked drain tray is often the cause, which a deep clean clears. As well as Paisley itself, our Renfrewshire and Inverclyde coverage takes in Greenock, Newton Mearns and the towns around them. Postcode districts we cover here include PA1 and PA2.
Prices in Paisley
For Paisley, expect roughly £135 to £225 per indoor unit, VAT included, adjusted for typical Central and Southern Scotland rates. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical Central and Southern Scotland labour rates. The price depends mainly on how many indoor units need cleaning and whether the fan and coil need a full strip-down. As an example, the Two units option (deep clean of two indoor units on one visit) would typically be £245–£395 here.

Deep clean of a single indoor unit.

Permissions
A deep clean does not touch the refrigerant circuit and needs no permissions. If the engineer finds a refrigerant problem, it is explained and priced separately before anything is done.
The visit
Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts. Visits in Paisley are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
