Deep clean and odour treatment in Shepherds Bush
Homes near busy roads and kitchens around Shepherds Bush tend to need a deep clean more often. Many London homes are flats or tall terraces, where heat rises to the top floor and the bedrooms bear the brunt of a hot spell.
If an indoor unit in Shepherds Bush drips from the front, a blocked drain tray is often the cause, which a deep clean clears. Shepherds Bush lies roughly 4 miles from central London, and we cover it as part of London. Coverage includes W12.
Prices in Shepherds Bush
Guide prices around Shepherds Bush run from £190 to £325 per indoor unit including VAT. London is one of the dearer parts of the UK for trades, which shows in the range. More indoor units, heavy build-up on the fan or a blocked drain line are what move the price towards the upper figure. For reference, the Two units option in Shepherds Bush (deep clean of two indoor units on one visit) usually comes to about £350–£595.

The visit
Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts. Visits in Shepherds Bush are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
