Deep clean and odour treatment in Altrincham
Damp North West weather makes the dehumidifying mode of a modern split system genuinely useful for much of the year. If an indoor unit in Altrincham drips from the front, a blocked drain tray is often the cause, which a deep clean clears.
A musty smell on start-up is the most common sign that an indoor unit in Altrincham needs a deep clean. Our Greater Manchester coverage takes in Altrincham, about 8 miles from Manchester. Homes in WA14 are all within our coverage.
Prices in Altrincham
Our North West England guide price for a deep clean and odour treatment is £140–£235 per indoor unit, VAT included. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical North West England labour rates. The price depends mainly on how many indoor units need cleaning and whether the fan and coil need a full strip-down. As an example, the Two units option (deep clean of two indoor units on one visit) would typically be £250–£395 here.

Permissions
Cleaning the indoor unit is not refrigerant work. Anything the engineer finds beyond the clean, such as a leak or a failing fan, is explained and priced before it is touched.
The visit
A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed. Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts.
