Deep clean and odour treatment in Colwyn Bay
In North Wales, an air-to-air system can be an efficient way to heat holiday homes and bungalows, with cooling as a bonus. If an indoor unit in Colwyn Bay drips from the front, a blocked drain tray is often the cause, which a deep clean clears.
A musty smell on start-up is the most common sign that an indoor unit in Colwyn Bay needs a deep clean. Colwyn Bay sits around 35 miles from Wrexham, inside our Clwyd area. We cover LL29 and the streets around them.
Prices in Colwyn Bay
For Colwyn Bay, expect roughly £135 to £230 per indoor unit, VAT included, adjusted for typical North Wales rates. Labour rates in North Wales keep this slightly under the national middle. More indoor units, heavy build-up on the fan or a blocked drain line are what move the price towards the upper figure. For reference, the Two units option in Colwyn Bay (deep clean of two indoor units on one visit) usually comes to about £250–£395.

The visit
A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed. Visits in Colwyn Bay are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
