Deep clean and odour treatment in Aberdeen
Wind and salt air in the north of Scotland mean outdoor unit placement and protection need extra thought. A musty smell on start-up is the most common sign that an indoor unit in Aberdeen needs a deep clean.
If an indoor unit in Aberdeen drips from the front, a blocked drain tray is often the cause, which a deep clean clears. As well as Aberdeen itself, our Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire coverage takes in Peterhead, Banchory and the towns around them. Postcode districts we cover here include AB10, AB11, AB12, AB13, AB15 and 3 more.
Prices in Aberdeen
For Aberdeen, expect roughly £130 to £220 per indoor unit, VAT included, adjusted for typical Highlands, Islands and North East Scotland rates. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical Highlands, Islands and North East Scotland labour rates. More indoor units, heavy build-up on the fan or a blocked drain line are what move the price towards the upper figure. Typical Two units work (deep clean of two indoor units on one visit) lands around £235–£395 in this area.

The visit
Visits in Aberdeen are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out. Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts.
