Air conditioning servicing in Eltham
In London, heat soaks into brick and concrete during the day and comes back out at night, which is when it is hardest to sleep. Systems in Eltham near busy roads or trees tend to need more coil cleaning, which the report will note.
We service most makes found in Eltham homes, including systems we did not install. Eltham lies roughly 8 miles from central London, and we cover it as part of London. Coverage includes SE9.
Prices in Eltham
For Eltham, expect roughly £125 to £245 per system visit (first indoor unit), VAT included, adjusted for typical London rates. That is above the UK middle, mainly because labour and access cost more in London. The price depends mostly on how many indoor units there are and how easy the outdoor unit is to reach. On our London figures, the Multi-split option (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) is about £220–£445.

The visit
A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed. Every visit in Eltham ends with a short written report: what was checked, what was done and anything worth keeping an eye on.
