Air conditioning servicing in Blackheath
The urban heat island effect means London bedrooms can stay uncomfortably warm on summer nights. Spring is the best time to book a service in Blackheath, before the first warm spell.
We service most makes found in Blackheath homes, including systems we did not install. We cover Blackheath as part of London, roughly 6 miles from central London. That includes the SE3 postcode district.
Prices in Blackheath
Budget around £125–£245 per system visit (first indoor unit) including VAT for air conditioning servicing in and around Blackheath. Prices here sit above the national middle, reflecting London labour rates and parking and access costs. Access, the number of indoor units and any parts are what move the price, and we confirm it before booking. As an example, the Multi-split option (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) would typically be £220–£445 here.

Regulations and records
Repairs, recoveries and leak checks in Blackheath are carried out by F-gas certified engineers, and we keep the records the rules require.
The visit
Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts. A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed.
