Wall-mounted air conditioning in Towcester
Summer peaks in the East Midlands make bedrooms under the roof the hardest rooms to keep comfortable. A single wall-mounted unit is often all a bedroom or sunny living room in Towcester needs.
In a semi or terrace in Towcester, the indoor unit often goes on a back bedroom wall with the outdoor unit on a bracket below. Towcester sits around 9 miles from Northampton, inside our Northamptonshire area. We cover NN12 and the streets around them.

Planning and permissions
In England, most houses can have an outdoor unit under permitted development if it is no larger than 1.5 m³, meets the MCS 020(a) noise limit of 37 dB(A) at the nearest neighbour's window, and there are no more than two on a detached house or one on other houses. Listed buildings need consent.
The survey
Surveys in Towcester cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare. A survey in Towcester usually takes one to two hours. We measure the rooms, check the walls and the consumer unit, agree the outdoor unit position with you and photograph the pipe routes.
