Ducted air conditioning in Pontardawe
Wet South Wales winters make a heat pump's quiet, even heating and dehumidifying mode useful well beyond summer. For a renovation in Pontardawe, the best time to plan ducted cooling is before the plasterers arrive.
Ducted systems suit Pontardawe loft conversions and new extensions where ceilings are being boarded anyway. Pontardawe lies roughly 8 miles from Swansea, and we cover it as part of West Glamorgan. Homes in SA8 are all within our coverage.

Planning and permissions
In Wales, outdoor units of up to 1.5 m³ that meet MCS 020a noise limits are usually permitted development on houses; listed buildings need consent, and in conservation areas a unit cannot go on a wall or roof facing a road.

The free survey is where the real price is set: room measurements, pipe and drain routes, electrical checks and the outdoor unit position, all written into your quote.
