Ducted air conditioning in Portadown
Damp Northern Ireland winters make a heat pump's dehumidifying mode useful well beyond the summer. For a renovation in Portadown, the best time to plan ducted cooling is before the plasterers arrive.
Ducted systems suit Portadown loft conversions and new extensions where ceilings are being boarded anyway. Our County Armagh coverage takes in Portadown, about 3 miles from Craigavon. Homes in BT62 and BT63 are all within our coverage.

Planning and permissions
In Northern Ireland we confirm planning requirements for the outdoor unit on survey, especially for listed buildings and conservation areas.
The survey
At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote. On a survey in Portadown the engineer looks at room size, glazing, the route for pipes and drains, the electrics and where the outdoor unit can sit quietly, then the written quote follows.
