Prices in Lurgan
Our Northern Ireland guide price for conservatory air conditioning is £1,345–£3,145 per system, VAT included. It is a touch below the UK middle, as trade rates in Northern Ireland tend to be. The biggest variables are the pipe route, access for the outdoor unit and the state of the consumer unit, all of which the survey settles. As an example, the Popular option (5 kW unit with Wi-Fi for a medium conservatory or orangery) would typically be £1,695–£2,395 here.

Guide prices show VAT at 20%. Planning and permissions
In Northern Ireland we confirm planning requirements for the outdoor unit on survey, especially for listed buildings and conservation areas.
The survey
Surveys in Lurgan cover heat gain, pipe routes, electrics, access and noise to the nearest neighbour, so surprises on the day are rare. At the survey we look at how each room is used, where the sun hits it and how the pipes can reach the outside wall, then put it all in a written quote.
