Air conditioning servicing in Guildford
Hot spells reach the South East early, which makes spring the easiest time to arrange an installation. Systems in Guildford near busy roads or trees tend to need more coil cleaning, which the report will note.
We service most makes found in Guildford homes, including systems we did not install. Guildford is about 6 miles from Woking and falls within our Surrey coverage. Postcode districts we cover here include GU1.
Prices in Guildford
For Guildford, expect roughly £115 to £225 per system visit (first indoor unit), VAT included, adjusted for typical South East England rates. That is above the UK middle, mainly because labour and access cost more in South East England. The main variables are the number of indoor units, access to the outdoor unit and whether any parts are needed. On our South East England figures, the Multi-split option (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) is about £200–£395.

One indoor and one outdoor unit.
Multi-split
One outdoor unit with two to four indoor units.

Regulations and records
Refrigerant handling is regulated, so every visit in Guildford that touches the refrigerant circuit is carried out by F-gas certified engineers.
The visit
Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts. Visits in Guildford are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
