Air conditioning servicing in Esher
Hot spells reach the South East early, which makes spring the easiest time to arrange an installation. Systems in Esher near busy roads or trees tend to need more coil cleaning, which the report will note.
We service most makes found in Esher homes, including systems we did not install. Esher lies roughly 9 miles from Woking, and we cover it as part of Surrey. We cover KT10 and the streets around them.
Prices in Esher
Our South East England guide price for air conditioning servicing is £115–£225 per system visit (first indoor unit), VAT included. South East England is one of the dearer parts of the UK for trades, which shows in the range. The price depends mostly on how many indoor units there are and how easy the outdoor unit is to reach. As an example, the Multi-split option (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) would typically be £200–£395 here.

Regulations and records
Any work on the refrigerant circuit in Esher, from regassing to removal, must be done by F-gas certified engineers, with records kept.
The visit
Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts. We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find.
