Air conditioning servicing in Galashiels
In central and southern Scotland, heat pump heating is usually the main reason to install, especially in homes on electric heating. Systems in Galashiels near busy roads or trees tend to need more coil cleaning, which the report will note.
We service most makes found in Galashiels homes, including systems we did not install. We cover Galashiels and the rest of the Scottish Borders, including Eyemouth and Hawick. Homes in TD1 are all within our coverage.

In Central and Southern Scotland, our guide range for air conditioning servicing is £85–£170 per system visit (first indoor unit), including VAT. Typical Multi-split work (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) lands around £150–£315 in this area.

Regulations and records
Refrigerant handling is regulated, so every visit in Galashiels that touches the refrigerant circuit is carried out by F-gas certified engineers.
The visit
We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find. Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts.
