For Desborough, expect roughly £90 to £180 per system visit (first indoor unit), VAT included, adjusted for typical East Midlands rates. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical East Midlands labour rates. Access, the number of indoor units and any parts are what move the price, and we confirm it before booking. Regulations and records
Refrigerant handling is regulated, so every visit in Desborough that touches the refrigerant circuit is carried out by F-gas certified engineers.
The visit
A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed. We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find.
