Air conditioning servicing in Keith
Spring is the best time to book a service in Keith, before the first warm spell. Wind and salt air in the north of Scotland mean outdoor unit placement and protection need extra thought.
We service most makes found in Keith homes, including systems we did not install. Our Moray coverage takes in Keith, about 16 miles from Elgin. That includes the AB55 postcode district.
Prices in Keith
In the Highlands, Islands and North East Scotland, our guide range for air conditioning servicing is £85–£165 per system visit (first indoor unit), including VAT. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical Highlands, Islands and North East Scotland labour rates. The main variables are the number of indoor units, access to the outdoor unit and whether any parts are needed. For reference, the Multi-split option in Keith (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) usually comes to about £145–£305.

Regulations and records
Refrigerant handling is regulated, so every visit in Keith that touches the refrigerant circuit is carried out by F-gas certified engineers.
The visit
A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed. Visits in Keith are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
