Air conditioning servicing in Shepherds Bush
Many London homes are flats or tall terraces, where heat rises to the top floor and the bedrooms bear the brunt of a hot spell. We service most makes found in Shepherds Bush homes, including systems we did not install.
Spring is the best time to book a service in Shepherds Bush, before the first warm spell. Shepherds Bush is about 4 miles from central London and falls within our London coverage. Postcode districts we cover here include W12.
Prices in Shepherds Bush
Guide prices around Shepherds Bush run from £125 to £245 per system visit (first indoor unit) including VAT. That is above the UK middle, mainly because labour and access cost more in London. If parts or extra work turn out to be needed, the engineer explains and prices them before going ahead. On our London figures, the Multi-split option (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) is about £220–£445.

The visit
Visits in Shepherds Bush are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out. A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed.
