Air conditioning servicing in Putney
Systems in Putney near busy roads or trees tend to need more coil cleaning, which the report will note. Many London homes are flats or tall terraces, where heat rises to the top floor and the bedrooms bear the brunt of a hot spell.
We service most makes found in Putney homes, including systems we did not install. We cover Putney as part of London, roughly 5 miles from central London. Coverage includes SW15.
Prices in Putney
In London, our guide range for air conditioning servicing is £125–£245 per system visit (first indoor unit), including VAT. London is one of the dearer parts of the UK for trades, which shows in the range. The price depends mostly on how many indoor units there are and how easy the outdoor unit is to reach. On our London figures, the Multi-split option (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) is about £220–£445.

The visit
Visits in Putney are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out. We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find.
