Air conditioning servicing in Islington
Systems in Islington near busy roads or trees tend to need more coil cleaning, which the report will note. Many London homes are flats or tall terraces, where heat rises to the top floor and the bedrooms bear the brunt of a hot spell.
We service most makes found in Islington homes, including systems we did not install. Islington is about 3 miles from central London and falls within our London coverage. That includes the EC1P, EC4P, N1, N1C, N1P and N7 postcode districts.
Prices in Islington
Air conditioning servicing in Islington typically comes in at £125–£245 per system visit (first indoor unit) including VAT, based on London rates. London is one of the dearer parts of the UK for trades, which shows in the range. Access, the number of indoor units and any parts are what move the price, and we confirm it before booking. As an example, the Multi-split option (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) would typically be £220–£445 here.
Single system
One indoor and one outdoor unit.
Multi-split
One outdoor unit with two to four indoor units.
Two systems
Two separate systems at one address.
Regulations and records
Any work on the refrigerant circuit in Islington, from regassing to removal, must be done by F-gas certified engineers, with records kept.
The visit
A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed. We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find.
