Air conditioning servicing in Hayes
Many London homes are flats or tall terraces, where heat rises to the top floor and the bedrooms bear the brunt of a hot spell. Spring is the best time to book a service in Hayes, before the first warm spell.
Systems in Hayes near busy roads or trees tend to need more coil cleaning, which the report will note. Hayes lies roughly 13 miles from central London, and we cover it as part of London. We cover UB3 and UB8 and the streets around them.
Prices in Hayes
In London, our guide range for air conditioning servicing is £125–£245 per system visit (first indoor unit), including VAT. London is one of the dearer parts of the UK for trades, which shows in the range. If parts or extra work turn out to be needed, the engineer explains and prices them before going ahead. As an example, the Multi-split option (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) would typically be £220–£445 here.
Single system
One indoor and one outdoor unit.
Multi-split

Regulations and records
Any work on the refrigerant circuit in Hayes, from regassing to removal, must be done by F-gas certified engineers, with records kept.
The visit
We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find. A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed.
