Air conditioning servicing across Herefordshire
Systems in Hereford near busy roads or trees tend to need more coil cleaning, which the report will note. We service most makes found in Hereford homes, including systems we did not install. Hot spells in the West Midlands are shorter but intense, especially in loft rooms and rooms with big windows.
Prices in Herefordshire
Budget around £95–£180 per system visit (first indoor unit) including VAT for air conditioning servicing in and around Herefordshire. That is close to the UK middle for this kind of work. The main variables are the number of indoor units, access to the outdoor unit and whether any parts are needed. On our West Midlands figures, the Multi-split option (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) is about £160–£340.

Regulations and records
Refrigerant handling is regulated, so every visit in Herefordshire that touches the refrigerant circuit is carried out by F-gas certified engineers.
The visit
Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts. Visits in Herefordshire are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
