Air conditioning servicing in Seaham
Systems in Seaham near busy roads or trees tend to need more coil cleaning, which the report will note. Cold, windy North East winters favour a well-sized heat pump with an outdoor unit sheltered from the prevailing wind.
We service most makes found in Seaham homes, including systems we did not install. Our County Durham coverage takes in Seaham, about 10 miles from Durham. Postcode districts we cover here include SR7.

The visit
A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed. Visits in Seaham are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
