Air conditioning servicing across County Down
We service most makes found in Bangor homes, including systems we did not install. Systems in Bangor near busy roads or trees tend to need more coil cleaning, which the report will note. Northern Ireland's mild, damp climate makes efficient heating and dehumidifying the main benefits for most homes.
Prices in County Down
In Northern Ireland, our guide range for air conditioning servicing is £85–£170 per system visit (first indoor unit), including VAT. Regulations and records
Refrigerant handling is regulated, so every visit in County Down that touches the refrigerant circuit is carried out by F-gas certified engineers.
The visit
We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find. Before booking, tell us the make and model and what the system is doing. We confirm the visit price, then the engineer arrives with the right equipment and, where possible, the right parts.
