Air conditioning servicing across Devon
We service most makes found in Plymouth homes, including systems we did not install. Systems in Plymouth near busy roads or trees tend to need more coil cleaning, which the report will note. In the South West, a system that heats well through damp winters is often as valuable as summer cooling.
Prices in Devon
Air conditioning servicing in Devon typically comes in at £95–£185 per system visit (first indoor unit) including VAT, based on South West England rates. That is broadly in line with national guide prices. The main variables are the number of indoor units, access to the outdoor unit and whether any parts are needed. On our South West England figures, the Multi-split option (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) is about £165–£345.

The visit
Visits in Devon are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out. A photo of the indoor unit's label and a short description of the problem help us price the visit accurately and bring what is likely to be needed.
