Air conditioning servicing in Dundee
Scottish summers are mild, so most systems here are chosen first for efficient heating, with cooling for warm spells. Systems in Dundee near busy roads or trees tend to need more coil cleaning, which the report will note.
We service most makes found in Dundee homes, including systems we did not install. As well as Dundee itself, our Angus and Dundee coverage takes in Arbroath, Brechin and the towns around them. Coverage includes DD1.
Prices in Dundee
Budget around £85–£170 per system visit (first indoor unit) including VAT for air conditioning servicing in and around Dundee. That sits a little below the UK middle, reflecting typical Central and Southern Scotland labour rates. If parts or extra work turn out to be needed, the engineer explains and prices them before going ahead. As an example, the Multi-split option (one outdoor unit with two to four indoor units) would typically be £150–£315 here.

The visit
We agree the visit price before we come. On the day the engineer checks the system, carries out the agreed work and talks you through anything they find. Visits in Dundee are booked at a price agreed with you in advance. If the engineer finds anything beyond the agreed work, they explain it and price it before carrying it out.
